Lebedinsky GOK (part of the Metalloinvest company) received 3 new BELAZ trucks with a carrying capacity of 220 tons. The dump trucks were purchased as part of Metalloinvest's investment program to upgrade equipment and improve production efficiency.
220-ton BELAZ trucks, together with high-performance excavators, are able to effectively carry out the task of transporting large volumes of rock mass from one point of the quarry to another. In total, the auto-tractor department of the plant has 11 such machines.
New BELAZ trucks have a high power density. The machines are distinguished by high quality components and mechanisms that ensure stable operation and traffic safety, including in adverse weather conditions. The dump truck cab is equipped with a modern climate control system and provides a high level of noise and vibration isolation.
Thanks to the implementation of Metalloinvest's investment program to upgrade the State Transport Complex, the mining equipment park of Lebedinsky and Mikhailovsky GOKs is regularly replenished with modern, high-performance and environmentally friendly equipment. In 2018, Metalloinvest's mining and processing facilities were replenished with three EKG-15 excavators, one EKG-18 excavator, one traction unit, one bursting machine and 77 dump cars.
