UMMC-Developer continues the construction of the second stage of the Nagorny business class residential complex - a five-section residential building of variable number of storeys. In section 2.1 (it will consist of 28 floors), the developer has completed the installation of the pile floor and started pouring the foundation slab - 1100 cubic meters of concrete have already been used for this.
Section 2.2. was flooded back in June 2020; at present, a monolithic frame for the first 8 floors is being erected and partitions are being bricked. The deadline for completion of construction work on the first two sections is 2022. Sales of apartments in it are already open and are carried out through escrow accounts, which were opened for UMMC-Developer by Sberbank of Russia.
Recall that in the Nagorny residential complex the company uses a number of new planning and architectural solutions: the houses of the quarter will receive a single entrance group, designed by analogy with the lobby of a 5-star hotel with a reception area, a lobby bar, a restaurant and a fitness center with a swimming pool. Residents will find comfortable apartments with modern engineering systems, flowering courtyards, a heated parking lot, children's playgrounds, a sports court, workout, lounge areas and a developed internal infrastructure of the quarter itself.
