Mednogorsk Copper and Sulfur Combine (an enterprise of the UMMC metallurgical complex) became the winner of the All-Russian competition "Russian organization of high social efficiency".
Note that the competition is being held in two stages: at the regional and federal levels. It provides organizations with an opportunity to demonstrate an active internal corporate policy, their achievements in working with personnel, improving labor conditions and safety, and developing social partnership. Presenting the awards, the Governor of the region Denis Pasler said: “Every year the winners of the competition demonstrate a high social orientation of the Orenburg business. Nine enterprises of the Orenburg region became winners and prize-winners. Among them, LLC Mednogorskiy copper-sulfuric plant, which was awarded four awards in the following nominations: "For the development of social partnership in industrial organizations" - 2nd place, "For participation in solving social problems of territories and the development of corporate charity" - 2nd place , "For the development of human resources in the organizations of the industrial sector" - 3rd place, "For the formation of a healthy lifestyle in the organizations of the industrial sector " - 3rd place.

We add, that MMSK allocates considerable resources for the implementation of social projects in the city of Mednogorsk. - completed construction of the Sokol sports and recreation complex. In total, in 2020, about 115 million rubles were allocated for charitable purposes.
