Despite the difficult economic situation caused by the coronavirus infection (COVID-19) pandemic, Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant retains the status of a socially responsible enterprise.
This is primarily associated with ensuring the appropriate level of remuneration for employees of the enterprise.
For the first half of 2020, an increase in the average salary for the enterprise by 9.8% was ensured (compared to the same period in 2019). The average salary for the enterprise as a whole amounted to UAH 16,939.8. The average salary of a machine operator exceeded UAH 27,000.
NKMZ continues to increase the number of workers in machine tool professions by training graduates of vocational schools at the production site, as well as by attracting qualified professionals from the labor market.
