Chinese automaker Chery's exports grew 18.7% year-on-year in 2020, with overseas vehicle sales reaching 114,000 units.
In total, in 2020 the company sold 730 thousand cars, and in 2019 this figure was 745 thousand.
As the COVID-19 epidemic weakened in the country, Chery's sales have grown on a monthly basis for 10 consecutive months since March.
So far, Chery has established six large R&D centers, opened 10 overseas factories and more than 1,500 overseas dealers and service centers around the world. Overseas production capacity of the company has reached 200 thousand units per year. Chery's main products are passenger cars, minivans and SUVs.
