The state enterprise "Ukrhimtransammiak" has resumed the provision of services for the transportation (movement, including delivery from dispensing stations) of liquid ammonia via the main ammonia pipeline for the needs of the domestic agricultural market.
“Opening the autumn season 2021, SE“ Ukrhimtransammiak ”began to transport and issue ammonia for the needs of the domestic market, based on a rational and economically sound market mechanism. Now we are actively working, focusing on the standards of transparency, openness, equality and accessibility for all stakeholders, - says the head of the state-owned enterprise Vadim Dvoinos. - Taking into account objective factors (intensive development of the agricultural industry, high efficiency of liquid fertilizers, climatic conditions, etc.) interest in the liquid fertilizer market has been steadily growing over the past years (approximately by 10% annually), it is possible to predict an increase in demand for services, provided by the state-owned enterprise. By the way, agricultural consumers have already received about 4 thousand tons of liquid ammonia through the distribution stations of the ammonia pipeline.
Let us remind you that earlier the State Enterprise "Ukrhimtransammiak" suspended the delivery of ammonia to counterparties to the domestic market due to a number of objective factors (the provision of services for the transportation and delivery of ammonia to the domestic market was completely suspended and was not carried out for any of the counterparties). In particular, the cost of services for the transportation of ammonia to the domestic market did not take into account the transportation of the 13189 m section of the ammonia pipeline, which passes through the territory of the Luhansk region, and was previously transferred to the State Enterprise "Ukrhimtransammiak" in full economic management according to the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine No. 2 dated 04.01. 2018r. In addition, the last time tariffs for the transportation of ammonia for the domestic market were set back in 2009.
