LADA became the official car of the Silk Way Rally

As part of the strategy to develop and support the motorsport direction, the LADA brand became a partner of the Silk Way 2022 international rally, which will be held on the route Astrakhan — Moscow from July 7 to July 16, 2022.20 cars LADA will enter the Silk Way Rally support park to solve various organizational tasks - from technical inspections of the cross-country track to the transportation of goods and guests of the rally. Cars of the XRAY, Largus, Vesta families, and Niva Travel SUVs will carry media representatives, organizers, judges, and partners of the competition. In addition, LADA expositions will become part of the show for spectators at the start and finish of the race. The Silk Way International Rally project dates back to 2009, for many years uniting not only the regions of the Russian Federation, but also the countries of Eurasia. The race passed through the territory of such countries as Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Turkmenistan. In 2022, the length of the route will be 4,380 kilometers, of which 2,800 kilometers will be special stages.
