Tuesday, March 3, employees of regional management of strategic investigations, the investigative police and the Prosecutor's office of area was detained the official one of the state coal mines and the representative of commercial structure during the transfer of the funds, which the press service of the National police of Ukraine called "rollback".
As announced in a press-service, the operatives of the Department of strategic investigation of the National police of Ukraine continue measures to expose corruption schemes in public authorities in which was documented the illegal activities of the leadership of one of the region's coal mines.
"With the purpose of self-enrichment has been established the process of coal sales in cash without proper accounting, as well as selling coal at a lower price. For this is unprofitable for the enterprise "service" received from customers "rollback" in the amount of 250 UAH per ton", - stated in the message of national police.
Both men were detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. The issue of communication to the head of the coal mine of the suspicion under part 3 St. 368 (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of unlawful benefit by an official) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, and representatives of commercial structures under part 3 of article 369 (the Offer, promise or giving undue advantage to an official) of the criminal code of Ukraine.
