Specialists from SOC-2, ERC, TsRMO, ORB, Purchasing and Steelmaking Department took part in the work.
During the repair, all starting equipment, a short circuit, starters were replaced, an alarm was made on the steelmakers' console, an average repair of the engines of the pumping battery room was carried out. Also, the current repair of the engine in the water pumping room was made. The bed was assembled, the engine was centered, its new connection was mounted, the current repairs in the transformer chamber were carried out and the chamber itself was repaired.
Installed engines after current repairs on the damper and new valves. New ball valves were installed instead of old valves. The water-cooling sleeves of the electrode holders and the platform of the furnace platform were renewed. A new water intake with an electric motor for supplying water to water-cooling elements was purchased and promptly installed. The final stage was refractory work.
