Dneprovsk Metallurgical Plant (DMZ) of the DCH group of Alexander Yaroslavsky has mastered the production of a shaft rack SVP-17. The new product is used for the manufacture of arch support in hard rock workings and is highly demanded in the market.
DMZ has long been producing racks of SVP 22, 27 and 33. Now, by order of mining companies, a lighter, universal SVP 17 has appeared in the portfolio of the enterprise. This profile is better suited for mining closer to the surface.
In the rolling shop No. 2 (mill "550"), the first industrial batch of a new rack was rolled - 350 tons. All products have already been sold, including 90 tons of DMZ delivered to the Sukha Balka mine.
“Dnipro Metallurgical Plant is constantly working to increase its product portfolio. Shaft rack SVP-17 in Ukraine today is produced only by our company. We are planning to sell a new product on the domestic market and in neighboring countries, ”emphasized Vitaly Bash, CEO of DMZ.
